Doctor Won't Refund Me for Laser Treatments That I Haven't Finished, What can I do?

I paid full in cash 1st day for 6 laser acne and 3 laser peel for scars. Laser peel was recommended by doctor. Procedure done 2 weeks apart, 1st day acne, 2 weeks later peel, 2 weeks after acne etc. 4th treatment he used too much power on active acne and ended up with bruised face and bad scabbing. 3 months later I have brown marks and indented craters. Asked for refund for remaining treatments I'm not going to do. Dr said No. I have pics of the bruising and scabbing. what can I do to get my $?
