I have acne scars and I have tried treatments like Fractional/Pixel CO2 laser, TCA Cross with little to no improvement. Finally, I found good results with Fully Ablative Conventional CO2 laser treatment that I have undergone in India. Now I live in Virginia. I am searching for clinics offering Fully Ablative CO2 in Virginia and states around it but couldn't find it. Please let me know if anyone is still using Traditional CO2 laser that ablates 100% of the treated area. Please help me. Thank you.

Fully ablative laser does not address the problem of the teathered sunken scars and may leave unsightly hypopigmentaton. I recommend tumescent anesthesia, extensive subcison using a custom tool, and Fraxel Repair Laser. Occasionally I will add some fully ablative laser in lighter skin types with raised acne scars.
