Who can perform IPL - depends on each state
It depends upon which state you live in, as each state medical board has different restrictions, just like each state has specifications for injectors. However, you must perform the procedures under a physician's licensure, so overseeing each facility, regardless of who is doing the procedures, a physician is in charge and should be actively involved in your care!
