Any form of Accutane (isotretinoin) and pregnancy don't mix
No form of Accutane (isotretinoin) can be taken while you are pregnant. In fact, monthly pregnancy tests should be done and 2 forms of birth control should be used while taking the medication simply to avoid a possible pregnancy. There is nothing that can be done after the fact to help stop possible deformities or birth defects. So, if your question is, can you help the baby's development? Sadly, the answer is no. Isotretinoin is a black label drug meaning you cannot get pregnant, and any pregnancy that happens during a course should be aborted.
