Didn't Have Pimples Before Using Chemical Peel For Skin Color and Sotret Tablets?

hello doctor!!! actually i dont have pimples on my face may be one or two pimples i used to have but i have visited dermatologist for my skin colour improvement she gave me chemical peel and sotret 20mg tablets and told me to use for 8 months but after using 3 months i stoped using them n now i got heavy pimples on my face....now again i am thinking of usig those tablets again but i am afraid by seeing those side effects of sotret tablets......please suggest me with solution!!
