Do Laser Burns Stay Forever? How Can I Treat Them?

I started doing laser 3months ago. On my second session I got burned all over my legs. It has been two months now, and I still have brown scars. I am so afraid that this is gonna stay forever especially that I have a dark skin

Burns from laser hair removal

Brown scars from laser burns can be either hypertrophic scars (raised above the skin surface) or PIH Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation (brown flat spots). If you have raised brown scars, you need steroid injections to flatten them. If you have flat brown spots, they will get better on their own.
