There is no treatment for Cellulite
There are effective treatments for fat, such as Zeltiq CoolSculpting and liposuction but cellulite itself cannot be treated. It is caused by fibrous tissue that separates fat into pockets, like a quilt. The fibrous tissue cannot be removed, although liposuction can disrupt it to a certain degree. Diet, exercise, liposuction and Zeltiq can reduce fat however, and the less fat present, the less cellulite will be visible.

Improving cellulite on the hips and thighs
There are some very effective cellulite treatments that I have developed that incorporate a non-invasive cellulite surgery. The treatment is known as the Brazilian Cellulite treatment and will effectively improve cellulite deposits.

Cellulite treatments work
Yes, they do work but you have to remember this is no cure for cellulite. We have two great technologies here, Accent and SmoothShapes. These treatments are to help stimulate collagen and will improve the appearance of your cellulite. You typically have to do a series of treatments, collagen will continue to grow for the next 3 months. After the treatment series, you’ll then have to do a maintenance treatment every few months to keep your collagen stimulated.
