Small change noted with fat
You most certainly could not buy anything yourself to inject your breast but you are most likely referring to breast enlargement by injection. Fat is the only substance that is used for thei matter and many plastic surgeons don't do it for augmentation because it can take up to 4-6 hours to perform and may only yield a cup size difference. This can make it cost prohibative from the time standpoint. If you chose to have this procedure, make sure that you only consult with a...

Crazy
Don't inject anything into your breast, this is just craziness. If you can purchase it over the web or elsewhere, you can not be sure of what you are getting. Your health may be ruined, and you might even have a fatal response.

No - do not get breast injections
When I look at a new idea or procedure, the first rule should be, do no harm. The second thought is would I do this to a family member. I would NOT use fat in anyone's breast for a cosmetic augmentation. The fat can die and be replaced by calcified scar tissue that is hard and can look like a cancer.
Breast augmentation with either saline or silicone implants is a safe reproducible procedure that has be done millions of times.
Don't be a guinea pig for a useless procedure....

Fat grafting of your own fat to the breast seems to be a safe procedure.
Sidney Coleman, a plastic surgeon in New York, and a great innovator of fat grafting, has presented some very nice results grafting a women's own fat to her breast. The amount is limited but can be repeated several times. From what I have seen the results are safe and long lasting. The radiologist don't seem to be confused with the changes on xray of the breast.

There are no breast injections you can purchase legally
In answer to your question, there are currently no legal injections that you can purchase to enlarge your breasts. As mentioned by other physicians above, there are some unscrupulous people, usually in Mexico, the Phillipines, Thailand, and China, who try to inject such materials as silicone or silicone droplets directly into the breast for enlargement.
These are completely different than silicone implants and these injections are dangerous. They will slowly react with the body and...

Fat injections can make a small difference
Your own fat can be romoved from another area an put intothe breast to make it larger. However, you need to have enough fat elsewhere, and there is a limit as to how much fat can be injected. So there is a limit as to how much larger the breasts can be made. With implants the surgery is quicker and easier, and the size can be increased as much as you wish.

Breast Injections
Thanks for the question -
There are no medications approved in the US that you can inject into the breasts to increase the shape or contour.
Interestingly, the American Society of Plastic Surgery released a practice guideline recently stating that fat injection into the breast may be a useful technique. This practice has been approached with great caution secondary to concerns about confusion over detecting breast cancer in the future however the society determined that at this time there...

No.
Hi. There are no breast injections that you can buy that will make your breasts look better. Even injections of your own fat into the breasts are very controversial.

Not yet
There are reports of fat injections that can enlrge breasts but there has to be a good amount on your body to make a significant increase is size. It is still controversial at present time. other "filler" type material is not safe. Implants are the best option right now.

Breast injections are generally outside the field of medicine. Are you willing to try this? Nah!
As discussed below, the only breast injection which is currently accepted is the use of fat injections and that remains somewhat controversial.
In regards to other injectable materials, I am aware of reports of silicone injections as well as polyacrylamide gel which are permanent fillers.
I would generally avoid recommending any injections that stimulate breast growth. Anything that stimulates breast growth because it could potentially stimulate breast cancer. Wait until medical studies...

Do You Mean For Enhancement?
The only material that may be injected into the breasts is fat. This developed out of the need for more fullness following breast reconstruction. Others have taken this farther by offering breast enhancement via fat injection.
The problem with fat is that it's unpredictable. The amount of fat injected has nothing to do with how much survives. It may be 30% or 50% but it's never 100%. And it's unlikely that the amount that survives in each breast is the same, leading to significant...

Proceed with extreme caution
In the past many things have been injected into the breasts to make them larger. In the USA injections into the breasts are not done by reputable physicians except for the following:
Fat injections or fat grafting to the breasts are currently being performed in centers as part of research and some individual physicians in private practice. They do work but may take more than one session and have limitations.
You should proceed with caution even with fat injections of the breasts so that you...

I am not sure what those are
If you mean silicone injections into the breast, those are not performed in this country. I don't know of any other breast injections. What are they for?

Depends on the "what" and the "what for"
What material are you referring to and what is the purpose?
The only "worthy" material to considering injecting at this time is a patient's own fat and for the purpose of small changes in size and contour.
The largest society of plastic surgeons in the US has released a policy regarding fat grafts for the breast. You can look at it here.
Hope this answers your question. If not, submit it again with more clarification of what you're considering.

Please explain what you mean by (breast injections)
It is not clear to me . Please explain your question. I am not aware of any injection for the breast injection. There were products in Europe that are off the market because of the complication.
