Distorted Columella or Nostril Distortion After Lip Lift - Why?

i scheduled a lip lift surg. but i got scared while reading about so many women ended up with: 1- nerve damage 2- nasal base and nostril distortion my nostrils already shows! my upper teeth hardly show . i want to shorten the space (now 1.5cm) bet. nose and lip.

my uuper lip is full (had a polyacrolymide filler 10 yrs ago and ende with pumps so i did a a lip reduction to one side of my lips to get them even 3 months ago, better now).
