I Have Discoloration from Getting Silikon Injected into my Buttocks, Will Bleaching Cream Help?

I have discoloration from getting silikon injected into my buttocks. I did go to black market and I have no contact the injector. With that being said is it possible that a 4% percent bleaching creme will help the area????
