Will a Revision Help After Breast Lift with Implants Left Me Uneven?

I had a breast lift on 5/17/10. I am very disappointed. My breasts are very asymmetric & are very differently shaped. My ps used a 300 saline mod profile in right side & 210 in the left. The Right (smaller breast with 300 cc) has some upper fullness but the nipple points out. The left (210 cc) has no upper fullness. Did I bottom out? Also what is the best way to even them out? I know some asymmetry is normal but this looks very uneven. I just hope there is some hope for me to have nice breasts.

Breast asymmetry

Without seeing photos I really can not comment, but using two different implants will definitely leave slightly different looks.

Breast Asymmetry Before and After Implants

I agree with Dr. Placik, that it appears that you were significantly asymmetric to start with a 90 cc difference in your implants.  You will always be asymmetric, the issue is are you more even than you were before? The main issue with asymmetric or different sized implants, is that it makes your breast volume (in a bra) similar, but different in their overall appearance.  This is because in the small breast (less breast tissue) you have a larger implant (to match volume)... more

Still early for a breast revision following augmentation for asymmetry.

Your title statement that implants left you asymmetric is not likely to be entirely true, It is more likely that you were asymmetric and the implants either made you more or less asymmetric. Judging by the volume difference in the implants used, it appears that you had a significant volume discrepancy. It is still relatively early after your surgery and you are likely to experience changes which could make the difference better or worse. IT is hard to tell you if you "bottomed... more
