Direct eyebrow surgery scars: Surgery done 10 years ago - Scars VERY visible

I had direct eye brow surgery 10 years ago. Dr. told me eyebrows would hide the scars. Boy, was he wrong. 10 years I've had very visible (not red anymore ) scars that contour the eyebrow line. Problem is made worse because I am 51 now and my eyebrows have thinned. What options do I have? Fillers? Some kind of scar gel? Hair transplant (keeping in mind the eyebrow now stops 3/4 of the way the scar is.

There are a handful of options to improve direct browlift scars. If they're widened or sunken they can be surgically revised or treated with laser resurfacing or dermabrasion. Scars, in some cases, can be very effectively camouflaged with a medical tattoo as well. An in person consultation and examination of your scars would be required for more specific advice. I hope this information is helpful.
