The difference between them is not as important as what they all have in common: dubious merit, slick marketing, and a desire to cash in on the public's fascination and demand for the "latest and greatest" thing. The device does not make the result, the surgeon makes the result! Get a few opinions from board-certified Plastic surgeons and listen to what you are being told. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!
