Ultrashape and Liposonix are not FDA approved in the united states, that is the first and most important distinction.

Noninvasive fat reduction techniques
Liposonix and Ultrashape are not approved by the FDA in the United States yet. In other countries, the devices have been used in a non-invasive way to reduce the girth of the fat volume.
