What's the Difference Between These Laser Treatments for Indian Skin?

Are all the following lasers the same or will treatment by them have different effects? The first two were the ones that were recommended by 2 doctors on this forum for East Indian type of skin and the third one is the one that is available in my town.
1. Lyra laser with a wavelength of 1064
2. Long Pulse 1064 nm YAG Laser.
3. Sciton ClearScan-Yag laser
