Is there much difference between 360-390 natrelle allergen implants and 350-400 mentor implants...I mean enough that I would notice afterwards?

Is There Much Difference Between Allergen and Mentor Implants of Roughly the Same Ccs
I have used both implants but currently use Mentor. The side variety of implants and styles allow a psrugeon many options. Generally these are equivalent but surgeons tend to become confortable with one brand or the other and therefore are better able to predict or anticopate their results.

I think in a lot of ways it is like "Coke and Pepsi." They both offer good products and it is just a matter as a physician of which company you purchase from.

Both Allergan and Mentor breast implants are good.

When doing breast augmentation in New York City, we use Mentor implants, but both are fine. Silicone implants generally give better results. Most important is the skill of the surgeon and proper implant choice. I attach some guidelines:

Differences Between Implant Manufacturers
There is no sigificant difference between Mentor and Allergan implants, both are very reliable companies. Many plastic surgeons have a personal preference which you probably should respect. I agree that the main concern is selecting an appropriate implant rather than being concerned about who manufactured it.

Difference between implants
In my experience, the implants are basically the same in final results. Either Mentor or Allergan should give you a nice result. The more important factor is determining your base diameter and the projection (profile) that you would like and if it is appropriate for your anatomy. Good luck.
