Dieting/Caloric Deficit; How Soon After Breast Lift and Implants Surgery?

I assumed that my body would require extra calories to heal optimally after my surgery, so I ate a surplus of healthy food during the two weeks following my anchor lift with implants surgery. I am used to being extremely active and fit however and do not want to gain too much weight and would like to lose the few pounds I've gained and get back to being lean. When is it ok to begin dieting moderately / having a daily caloric defecit after my surgery?

Dieting after surgery

I would wait to diet until you are fully healed. Restricting too many calories during the recovery phase may impact wound healing.
