Hi Elinor,
A lof of people post-wls can plateau or even put back on a lot of the weight. It can happen due to slipping into old ways of eating, bad habits, a reduction in exercise or an issue with the band itself.
Have you spoken to you doctor or dietician? You should rule out any issues, such as slippage, with the band. Your doctor/dietician could also help go through your diet and see if things have changed.
Some people find it helpful to start a food and exercise diary, writing down exactly what you eat and drink and how much exercise you do each day. You can then go through it after a week and see if there are any areas, which you can change.
We have a weight loss surgery page, which has some nutritional and food guides, which you may find helpful.
Hope this helps!
