Did I Injure my Breast Implants Months After Surgery?

I had breast implants put in 5 months ago and just recently felt comfortable enough to go back to martial arts. Well I took a big fall about a week ago (which I have done hundreds of times before surgery). Everything felt fine at the time, but I woke up the next day being pretty sore. Ever since, my pain has gotten progressively worse! They really hurt now and I am just worried I injured them in some way.

Hello

5 months post-surgery your skin is as strong as ever. You haven’t been working for a long time and your body is not used to it. You need to start off slow and you can take anti-inflammatory to help with the discomfort. You should see your surgeon just to make sure everything is in tacked. If you don’t have REDNESS, DISCHARGE and ONE BREAST IS NOT A LOT BIGGER THEN THE OTHER you should be ok.
