I have a normal occlusion yet short, small teeth (not from wear as even baby teeth were even relatively small for baby teeth). Did have mandibular setback surgery for a horizontally overprojecting chin, which I was never 100% satisfied w/ as chin still overprojects. Even though my bite is normal (top teeth only overlap 1/4 of lower teeth), I think my teeth sit 2 far back in my face. I do not hv a deep bite and neither is my chin 2 short or long vertically. What is this called & what can be done?
