I had an otoplasty surgery 4 months ago to create the anti helical fold. At first, I was happy with the results but then the upper part of the ears started sticking out. when I feel the back of my ear, it seems that the surgeon only placed stitches on the middle third of the ear. Is it possible to have a revision after 4 months just to tuck the upper part of the ear? Is this a minor procedure? What is recovery like? Will I have to wear bulky head dressing again?

Hearing loss and/or vertigo is not related to otoplasty procedures. These issues involve deep structures of the hearing / balance center that are well beyond the operative area of an otoplasty. I do recommend an evaluation by an otolaryngologist (ENT) if these symptoms persist.Best...
It is unlikely to have your otoplasty reverse. This is especially true if the Cartlidge has been cut and removed. I would wait three months to allow the operation to heal completely and then I would get second opinions for revision.
Costs will vary considerably across states and even in the same area. You are probably looking at a range of $500 to $1500 depending on the area you live and whether it is on both sides or just the one. Insurance may be able to reimburse or cover a portion of the procedure.
