According to the Dr. I've decided to have surgery with I'm a full C. I have two children and will need a lift along with implants to keep the full C I have now. I'm worried that I'm going to come out of the surgery being larger than I desire. The Dr. recommends a 350CC because according to him when he does the life he'll take out between 75-100 cc's of my breast tissue. I've done all the tests in the office and I liked the way the 250CC looks and that's with what I currently have. Suggestions

This seems like a reasonalbe approach and is similar to what I perfrom. However, it is difficult to accurately predict cup size so do not be diappointed if you fit better in a D cup

Lift and augmentation

Difficult to say what size implant you would need without examinng you. Some lift technqiues take out some tissue and a larger implant may be helpful.

A breast lift should not reduce your present breast size

When I see a patient in the office for breast surgery, I work together with the patient to learn about her wishes, likes and dislikes. If the patient doesn't know if she wants an augmentation or lift, it is important to discuss what each operation can accomplish. If a woman likes the size of her breasts in a bra, than I do a lift only. If she indicates that she would like to be larger, than she'll benefit from a lift plus augmentation.
