What Are Dermatologists Prescribing to Treat Melasma Since You Can No Longer Get Tri-Luma?

I'm at the end of an 8% compounded prescription and don't want to go back to the doctor who prescribed it.
Melasma Treatment Alternatives
Unfortunately TriLuma is still not being manufactured by Galderma. It is not because there is a problem with the product but instead there are production delays which we have seen with many pharmaceutical medications. What we have found to be effective is a prescription strength 6-8% Hydroquinone product with Bilberry and Kojic Acid that we individualize per patient. Based on recent laser studies, we enhance penetration by applying this product to the skin immediately after Fraxel Restore treatments.
