Dermaroller for Maintenance Treatment?

I read about dermaroller, which is available in my area (Budapest) as well. I have a few lines under the eye and I would like to fresh it up a bit. Is it risky if the person is not that well trained (I think they are doing it for a year) or is it harmless? Is it a safe and good treatment to rejuvenate and maintain the skin? As far as I know, they do mesotherapy with electroporesis afterwards. Thank you.
