Is Dermaroller Safe After Lightsheer Laser Hair Removal?

I am of Asian decent and have undergone roughly 8 to 9 Lightsheer laser hair removal treatments to rid me of unwanted hair on my face.

I have mild acne scarring which I'd like to improve the appearance of, and have read that Dermaroller treatment (collagen induction therapy) is proven to increase collagen formation naturally.

Would you recommend this treatment on lasered skin? Would there be any adverse effects of micro-needling? Does the skin lose it's ability to produce collagen after having Lightsheer treatment?
