Dermaroller for Acne Scars on Forehead?

I was on Accutane for 5 months and have been off of it for 2 months. I am going to wait the recommended 6 months before any treatment but I am wondering if Dermaroller will work for me. I have acne scars on my forehead, mostly in the creases of my wrinkle lines but I also have a chicken pox scar above my right eyebrow clustered with my most prominent scars. I hope the redness will heal naturally with more time but from what I've seen from Dermaroller before and afters, I am optimistic. What do think regarding my situation?
