Dermaplane Pin Point Scabbing. How to Quickly Alleviate the Scabbing?

I have done lots of dermaplaning. I did a client who is very reactive and allergic to many chemicals. I did a dermaplaning and glycolic peel. I usually do a lactic peel however she has a lactic allergy so I opted for the glycolic. Today is day 2 and she has some pin point scabbing and leaving for an out of town wedding Saturday. Any suggestions on what I can do to accelerate healing.
