Dermanyl As Alternative to Renova?

Hi! Can you tell me how Dermanyl works? I have been using RENOVA cream but I have a very dry skin around my chin that makes me break out in a rash constantly, and gives me white heads in the same areas and will not go away, what can I do for those? Thanks.
