Can Dermal Fillers Help to Decrease the Distance from the Nose to the Upper Lip? (photo)

Attached photo was presented as a before&after for lips enhancement with fillers by one of the clinics. It's clearly seen that the distance from the nose to the upper lip became significantly shorter, while I have heard that fillers are unable to make such correction. I would like to make my nose-->upper lip distance shorter and fillers look like the best option. However it's really important for me not to get huge and unnatural duck lips as a result. Is it possible with dermal fillers?
