Can Dermal Fillers Cause Narrowing of Blood Vessels?

Hi I have read a lot of scary stories about dermal fillers but really am interested in having them. Is there a chance with multiple injections they can get in small blood vessels and build up over time causing narrowing of vessels and result in heart attack or stroke? If this is just a crazy article what does happen if they do get in blood vessels? I guess I"m just nervous about all aspects for my first appointment in two weeks. Thanks.
