Can dermabond use for eyelid surgeries? I have scars left after the eyelid surgery. I have had lower and upper eyelid surgery. Dr. put stitches outside of my eyelids (corner of my eyelids). See picture. I would like to know if this can be fixed with dermabond. Make up doesnt cover it ;-(..I have been searching for a doctor nation wide to find out if any plastic surgeons use dermabond for eyelid surgeries. Thanks in advance!!

Dermabond close to the eye is a BAD idea

Dermabond surgical adhesive is closely related to Crazy Glue. It is specifically NOT supposed to be used close to the eye to eliminate the possibility of accidentally running on the surface of the eye or gluing the lids , lashes and eye ball together. At this point, I would recommend you allow the scar to heal for at least 4 months.
