I have very visible green veins in my legs that started showing up over the last couple of years. My skin is completely smooth and I cannot feel the veins, but I'm uncomfortable showing off my legs even though they are in great shape because the very visible green veins are unattractive.

I have not heard of DermalMD nor seen any patients using this. In general, topical creams and solutions do not help spider veins. The gold standard to treat spider veins is sclerotherapy.
