Mild fat atrophy along the underside jaw line from kenelog injections post face/necklift: Can fat transfer make things worse?

Contour irregularities following submentoplasty and face-neck lifting are not uncommon and can have various causes.  In order to better understand what the current issues are, photographs are required.  Please provide non-identifying photographs of the area in question.  Mario J. Fat atrophy  from steroid injections are almost always treated best with time and not intervention.  Little bumps should be treated with time and massage first for at least 3-6 months.  Be patient.

Injection of kenalog( steroid) under the skin can results in fat atrophy and dents where the steroid is injected. Kenalog is long acting steroid. Therefore its effect remains for many months. wait at least 3-6 months before filling the dents caused by kenalog.
