I had a lower blepharoplasty with skin pinch and canthoplasty. I was unable to fully use my lower lids for 8 weeks. With skin pinch and canthoplasty, which procedure is more appropriate, transconjunctival or transcutanous? Thanks!

The muscle insertion on the upper eyelid skin is asymmetrical creating a double fold on the left side and a single fold on the right side. More photos are required to determine whether or not a single left-sided upper blepharoplasty skin removal only will be of any benefit.
