Can a Temporary Dental Bridge Last for 2 Years?

I have dental briges on my 10 front teeth and it is costly. But im still not satisfied about it and i want new bridges or implants but doesn't have enough money. Is there any temporary dental bridges that can last for at least 2 years? It may not cost that expensive but it can last for 2 years? so that in that 2 years time i can save money for a really permanent implant or bridges. Help. Thank you
