I have a dent in middle of forehead about the size of a dime five weeks after browlift. It was from where the muscle was cut. Does this fill in and to away. Doesn't show up on picture sorry. Thank you. I'm so thankful for your answers during this very stressful healing time.

It is very difficult to reverse a browlift. Over a period of years, the overcorrection may improve just from gravity. Otherwise a brief period of tissue expansion may help. Do not expect absolute symmwtry if you do. All the best.
I think the effect, of placing the tape, relieves pressure on the trigeminal nerve braches responsible for pain sensation of the forehead. You could test this theory by injecting lidocaine in the nerve location. If that is the case, a Browlift might provide some relief...
If the surgery was 10 years ago, there is no danger in removing the endotines. These should have resorbed years ago. I agree with prior posts recommending removing the endotines in a minor office procedure.
