I was having bat ears (as shown in pic 1) and underwent otoplasty. 2 things were performed - protruding ears were pinned back and anti helical fold was provided. It has been 5 days after the surgery and my left ear looks like this (pic 2 and 3). The antihelical fold provided looks very big and abnormal now . Also the ears look very much pinned with head from 45 degrees angle. Is that my otolpasty went wrong or, this will get normal in few weeks. Also please let me know if it is the final shape?
