Deformation Nose After Rhinoplasty?

Hi everybody, In aug 2010 I had a rhinoplasty done. After one year my nose deformed into a polly beak nose, so I had another rhinoplasty done. But now, after about 2,5 years I'm still not satisfied with my nose. I think my PS messed it all up. What do you guys think? Is there anything I can do about it? Also I can not breath trhough my right nostril.

Building Back up the Nose

Osteotomies to the narrow the bony dorsum will also improve dorsal height and symmetry, and cartilage grafting to the dorsum can improve the look of your nose. An internal exam would be necessary to comment fully on the breathing difficulties, but this can be improved at the same time. Deformed Nose after Rhinoplasty

You have an inverted V deformity, a wide tip, and a depression of your profile. An experienced rhinoplasty specialist can improve all of these problems. I have been referred patients like you for 35 years, but fortunately there seems to be fewer of these complications today.
