I have a decent size already however the shape, fullness, deflatedness and mild ptosis (tested with ruler), have a huge affect on my confidence and love life. The reason for their state is due to drastic quick weight loss, pregnancy and breast feeding. Can having just implants fix this as I really don't want an lift due to scarring and the cost involved? I am not adversed to going up to an F to fix the problem!! Considering 450cc high profile, silicone, overs. Please, please help me!!

Breast Augmentation / lift?

Thank you for the question. Unfortunately, without photos or examination, good advice is not possible. A word of caution may be in order if you end up having breast augmentation only where a breast lift is indicated, you will end up being disappointed and will require further surgery (which may be even more expensive). Deflated breasts

I really cannot answer your questions without seeing some good photos. Adding a large implant may well produce very ptotic breasts and I would think a lift would be needed. You really need to make an appointment for a though evaluation.

An implant will fll in the breasts. it will give you a bigger ptotic breast. if you will not accept a lift, you dont have other choice. you dont give height ,weight nor pictures so advice on implant size and shape is meaningless
