Can't Decide Between Fraxel and Pixel, Which is Best?

Both are excellent. Make sure that the person you go to explains both options (expecially if they don't offer one). I use the Pixel which is not to say that it is the best option. Fraxel, does an excellent job at resurfacing and skin tightening but causes slightly more surrounding thermal damage than Pixel. Pixel does not penetrate at deeply but gives a similar result if multiple passes are used and causes less surrounding thermal damage.
