Different types of liposuction

Liposuction for lower body

Liposuction can be performed with  many different types of machines. Actually the safes is traditional liposuction.  I always say it is not the type of wand but the magician waving the wand that creates the magic.

There are no advantages to any kind of laser liposuction

Unfortunately, you have to deal with a lot of marketing.  There is no science behind laser liposuction, and very few board certified plastic surgeons use it.  Tumescent liposuction has a very long, great record of safety and good results. The good eye and meticulous technique of the individual surgeon using delicate cannulas are what make the difference.

Types of liposuction and results.

It is the surgeon that is important, not the type of liposuction. In doing liposuction for 35 years, we see as many good and bad results with laser or PAL liposuction. Choose an experienced liposuction surgeon, not the marketing promotion of various machines that do the same thing.
