An arm lift or brachioplasty is an effective procedure to remove excess damaged skin that shows as crepiness. The procedure can be either limited or extended. In the limited version, the incision is often hidden in the arm pit. In the extended arm lift, the incision is usually placed on the inner aspect of the arm from the elbow to the arm pit.
