Tummy tuck
This a difficult question without an examination. It is possible that is from the surgery, especially when you are so close post-operatively. Have you discussed this with your surgeon?

Swollen labia
It is not uncommon to have labial swelling after tummy tuck or abdominal lipoplasty. I would suggest you speak with your surgeon's office as it may be a sign of something more problematic. I would rather you call and have your questions answered, than have you worrying and not have your questions answered.

Swelling of labia following tummy tuck
In general, it is very common to experience pronounced swelling of the mons pubis which less commonly spreads down to the labia. However, there are potential problems such as hematoma, seroma, venous thrombosis or infection which should be excluded prior to dismissing the swelling. Discuss this with your PS but in all likelihood, it will resolve on it's own.
