6 Days Post Op Silicon Implants; Pain in Left Breast Near Sternum and Armpit?

I am6 days post op with silicon implants with more pain in left breast. My pain gets better when I lay down. As soon as I sit up I have pain towad left sternum and arm pit. I heard fluid at left shoulder at days 3,4. The left breast is larger than right.

Pain after implants

You are in the early post op period. It is normal to have some discomfort and breast asymmetry at this time. See your surgeon to assure that you do not have a fluid collection or hematoma. Donald R. Nunn MD Atlanta Plastic Surgeon.
