They not blocking just sitting in the blub. I've emptied and recorded my discharge but of course the tissue is to large to take out. Is it ok to just leave it until my next follow up 3 days from now.

The area where your wound resides is a place where there is very poor blood supply immediately after in abdominoplasty. Usually these will heal with time but it may take several weeks. A scar revision in the future may or may not be necessary.
The swelling you describe is not uncommon at this stage. Seromas usually involve larger areas and have the feel of a fluid wave. Best to review with your surgeon.
