I am on an antibiotic so no infection has occurred. I don't understand why I am still draining fluid and no scabs are forming? Is this normal

You may have a seroma, Occasionally this may be associated with a foreign body or may be normal and just take more time to resolve. Remain in close contact with your surgeon who is best equipped to providie you with the best advice
