Will These Dark Spots, Left from Electrolysis, Go Away?

I had electrolysis done 2 weeks ago and i was left with some dark spots on my upper lip and and what looks like i have a mustache. My electrologist told me to be putting on polysporin morning and night i see very little improvement but she told me not to put any lotion yet but i hate this they r noticeable and i am embarassed i dont go out anywhwere cause of the spots. Any recommendations you could give me to put on my upper lip please HELP ME! should i still do electrolysis on my upper lip?
