i have dark skin.i also have deep scars under my eyelid from an accident. what should i do? i worry about laser with my dark skin, (hyperpigmintaion). i want good reslults no risks.

There are no cosmetic procedures without risk
It would be great if we could offer our patients a risk-free procedure that would address their cosmetic needs perfectly. But we cannot. Adverse effects happen even in the best and most well trained hands.
I recommend that you consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist regarding your options on treatment. It is not possible to say what procedure would be best for you without at least seeing a photograph.
