Options for Body Hair and Dark Back and Hips?

I am a 24-year-old Indian woman. I have really dark back and hips and I have so many hairs on my body everywhere, including face. Is there anything I can do about it? I tried laser treatment but it didn't work for me. I really feel embarrassed. Please help me.
