How to Fix Dark Marks Left from Acne?

I'm Asian, Chinese. I used to have lots of acne (mainly on forehead, partly on chin), and I always tried to pop/squeeze them. Now I have a lot of dark spots/marks on my forehead, and a couple on my chin. I currently use the Proactive 3-step system, and that has worked wonderfully in clearing my face of acne. However dark marks are still present. Any remedies or creams that I can use, not too expensive? Thanks.
